Desert Roll-Off is a referral directory for dumpster rental across Maricopa County, from Phoenix and the East Valley cities out to newer subdivisions in Buckeye, Goodyear and Queen Creek. It doesn't own containers or run delivery routes. Instead, it routes each request to an independent hauler who already covers that part of the county.
Maricopa County isn't one set of rules. Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert and the rest of the incorporated cities each handle container placement and permits differently, and many master-planned communities add HOA covenants on top of that. The debris varies by project too — pool teardown concrete, xeriscape conversion material and new-construction debris all call for different container sizes than a typical household cleanout.
Submitting a request costs nothing and doesn't commit you to booking. The hauler who calls back handles sizing, permits, delivery and pickup directly, and any project that runs long can be extended or swapped out through that same hauler.
